Family devotions

Every night our family gathers to sing a couple of worship songs, read a portion of Scripture, and pray.  The girls take turns playing the guitar for worship, and Michael reads from the Bible.  Then we all take turns praying aloud.

Mattress transport

If you don't have a good way to tie a mattress to the back of a pickup truck, try putting a man in the back to hold on to it.  Personally, I (Heather) prayed for his safety the whole time we were following the truck!

Biology

Sometimes our ninth grader, Carrie, gets "help" with her biology class.  Veronica asked Carrie to read to her, and she actually listened for quite a while!
